How HEARD Usage Works
Review Credits
Use review credits to create professional editorial reviews through any HEARD review mode. Each review produces scored feedback, editorial content, and press assets.
Interview Credits
Start adaptive editorial conversations built around your story, music, and source material. Interview credits are entirely separate from review credits.
Track Library
Your active catalog of completed tracks. Tracks in your library are available for profile connections, audio evidence, and history. Capacity depends on your plan.
Track Analysis
Every submitted track gets its own analysis page — browser audio evidence (always), external DSP measurements (tempo, key, loudness, peak) when the DSP service returns results, recognition data, and transcription evidence. Included on all plans.
Review Archive
Your full history of completed reviews, accessible from your Dashboard and Archive. All plans include the review archive — there is no archive limit separate from catalog.
Share Studio
Turns approved reviews and interviews into social-ready exports — score cards, pull quote cards, story formats, and captions. Watermarked on Free, clean on paid plans.
HEARD Live Tokens
HEARD Live tokens are used for final live review packages. Tokens are separate from standard review credits and are protected: failed validation does not consume a token. Included on Artist Pro (2/cycle), Label (6/cycle), and Agency (16/cycle).

Both review credits and interview credits follow the same protected lifecycle. A credit is permanently used only after a valid completed output. Eligible technical failures restore the credit automatically.

Billing, Refunds & Legal
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation stops future charges, not the current period.
Annual plans are billed upfront. Trial access expires on the stated date and reverts to the free tier unless converted.
All-in pricing — the price shown is the price you pay. No additional tax is added at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely by Square.
Refund Policy
Completed, valid reviews and interviews are non-refundable. Eligible platform-caused technical failures may receive credit restoration. Accounts suspended for Terms violations are not entitled to refunds.
No refunds for: user-caused errors, unauthorized submissions, or plan-limit bypass attempts.
