Social features do not guarantee reach, streams, followers, engagement, playlist placement, press coverage, or collaboration acceptance. HEARD provides preparation and publication workflow, not guaranteed audience results.
How It Works
Complete an eligible review or interview
Your content must be a completed or published HEARD review, interview, or project analysis.
Choose Social Feature
Select the feature type that matches your content: Review Feature, Interview Feature, or Project Feature.
Confirm your artist account
Provide your social handle, profile URL, and preferred display name.
Preview and approve eligible materials
Review what will be used: quotes, artwork, captions, and account details. Approve before anything continues.
HEARD prepares the feature
Content is assembled, formatted, and reviewed internally before any publication.
Admin reviews and publishes
HEARD administration reviews the prepared feature before it goes live.
Collaboration request sent where eligible
If you selected collaboration, a request is sent to your account. Acceptance is required — it cannot be guaranteed.
Feature remains live under HEARD retention policy
Intended to remain published unless removal is requested or required.
Post Retention Policy
HEARD Social Features are intended to remain published indefinitely unless removal is requested or removal becomes necessary under HEARD policy, platform requirements, legal obligations, account changes, or other exceptional circumstances.
